Terms and conditions

The costumer visiting our website and buying our products, states that has read, understood and accepted the following directives and terms of sale.

  1. Registry

To purchase our products, the costumer, is obliged to register on our website providing  the necessaries information both for the correct billing and for fulfilling the order. The entered personal data will be addressed according to the law on privacy. Each costumer, everytime, will be able to modify the data.

  1. Inclusion in shopping cart

When the customer adds the products chosen into his personal shopping cart, is not absolutely obliged in any way to purchase. He simply makes his own list automatically saved and correlated to his account. In this way when he’ll go back to the site will find the products previously added.

  1. When buying
    Once inserted the products in shopping cart, the customer can finally buy following the instructions:

3.1 “Shopping cart”
Inside the first step, the costumer, will find the articles inserted with the ability to specify the quantities he wants to buy or in order to delete one or more articles previously  inserted. On the right side can be found  the total amount and the computer shipping.

3.2 “Data”
Customer at this point will have two choices:
– enter username and password if not yet logged in;
– review the data entered during recording and that will be used for shipment. At this point, the customer can decide if receive the parcel at a different address and / or if settle the invoice to other  person or entity.

3.3 “Shipment”
The customer at this stage must specify the address reception for the shipment and then have access to the cost.
NB: usually the average delivery time are 2/3 days. For the canvas or paper prints 5/6 days. In case of holidays, the products will be shipped next business day.
Shipping cost are free.
At the time when in our possession, we ‘ll be sent the tracking-code, through which the shipment can be to followed  through the website of the courier.

3.4 “Payment”
At this point, the customer can settle the form of payment with which to pay the included products. Accepted Payments: “Paypal” and “Credit and Prepaid Cards” (Credit Card Payment System is also managed by Paypal).
Bank transfer: If chosen this method of payment, after the transfer, the customer must send a copy of the bank receipt by e-mail to info@piazzadelgranoarte.it
In this way, delivery time  start from the moment  of notification  received.

3.5 “Cash”
In this last level, the customer has a total summary of all the addressed steps and, then, about  the order in the closing phase.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to D.L. 206/2005 the customer is entitled to exercise the “right of withdrawal” no later than fourteen days (calendar) by email to info@spazioarte.com / verifica, prior  return authorization. Returns may be authorized only if respected the following conditions: the product must be intact in all its parts, properly packaged and returned to the buyer.
Upon receipt of the returned, after its positive verification, will be made a refund to the customer’s bank account details.
